Middle School Grades
We coach competitive basketball teams, providing high-level personalized training sessions to prepare female athletes to excel in local tournaments. Our approach goes beyond standard practice, and it is designed to sharpen skills, improve game IQ, and develop the physical and mental preparedness needed to succeed in competitive environments. We focus on advanced fundamentals, such as situation awareness, teamwork, and strategy.
We participate exclusively in local tournaments, providing players with opportunities to put their training into action. Training is offered year-round and across all seasons. Our teams are made up of middle school girls (11u-15u), ranging from 5th through 8th grade. Players will learn to compete with discipline and respect while enjoying the game they love.
TryoutsYou can still participate in other sports while undergoing basketball training, but we don’t recommend this approach. Like any other sport, basketball requires focus, dedication, and a certain level of stamina. You will unlikely have the time and energy to pursue several sports at the same time and with the same commitment.

No. If you’ve been a member of the team in the previous year, you don’t need to attend a tryout.

No, Splash Girlz teams only participate in local competitions, and all costs are included in the monthly fee, with no additional expenses.

No. All necessary basketball equipment is included in the monthly fee and provided at no additional cost.
We have developmental and advanced teams for each girls' basketball age group. So, even if you don’t have advanced basketball skills, we will find a team for you.
AAU is an acronym for Amateur Athletic Union, a multi-sport organization dedicated to amateur athletes that also hosts the annual American Amateur Basketball Championship for AAU teams.
